Joe Gratzel, MDiv
Joe Gratzel is experienced in developing community crisis and disaster response by building communities of competence through stakeholder collaboration. Joe has trained individuals from all walks of life in Mental Health First Aid and suicide prevention and postvention.
Amy Reina-Hassa, MSW
Amy has a broad background in social work and disaster response. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, with additional certifications in several MHFA modules. Amy is also a trainer for QPR Suicide prevention and has developed a variety of programs for school-based professional development.
Dr. Bobbie Downs
Dr. Bobbie Downs is currently a school administrator focused on special education. Prior to this position she served as a teacher and then middle school principal at an alternative school. During her time there, she implemented mindfulness and yoga in the classroom to effectively help her students. She is a graduate of the Mindful Schools year-long program, and she is an instructor for Mental Health First Aid (adult and youth modules), QPR, and Talk Saves Lives. She frequently provides training on trauma-informed responses, student mental health, and educators self-care. She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Rowan University, where she also received her M.A. in School Administration.

Bill has over 35 years of experience in live audio/video and post-production distribution. He heads our design and installation team for sound, lighting, and in-house video production.
Jessica Frabasile
Graphics and Design
Jessica is a multidisciplinary designer who combines interior and graphic design to create powerful and effective solutions with high functionality. Jessica has designed commercial, restaurant and sacred spaces and is an Adjunct Professor of Design at Kean University, as well as a certified yoga instructor.
